Are you serious? This was discussed a bunch. The auditor didn't say that the fertilizer never existed, it said that the documentation didn't exist to verify it's existence. That was taken care of when the grain company was bought by Ybyra because it had the agricultural license to properly handle the transaction. Those people who said that the fertilizer were proven wrong when the 10k came out. I got a feeling that the PCAOB got a chuckle out of any contrary submissions.
