Totally agree with you, the Delaware Chancery court who over sees any actions brought against a company registered in Del. is so WOKE/DEI that it's useless to bring charges, they just ignore the law, but there is a new man head of the SEC, Paul Atkins.
Some complaints that were filed may carry some weight now; I heard a couple new ones had been filled, don't have proof of it but I don't have a reason to doubt it.
