Outstanding shares went up a few weeks ago @ Otcmarkets. Since then over 4 million shares have been bought/sold @ .06. Someone got shares for services or a convertible note of sorts was issued. Someone has been selling shares @ .06...
Good thing is someone is buying them @ .06, but since that's the price their willing to pay, pps is not gonna too much higher than that with any real volume until the conversions are done. Whoever is buying all those shares isn't gonna pay more if they know they can get all they want @ .06
