Investors would be wise to not discount this portion of the business model here.

The main home’s construction lumber was originally treated with a Bluwood/21 combination, offering resistance against fire, mold, and mildew.

One of the company's I built was a property management company. The one issue we dealt with was property that developed black mold. This is a silent issue that has been a problem that far exceeds the fire resistance. This is an interesting benefit of the (FSGE) that hasn't been discussed.
