If you try to sell your shares,you'll get a warning that you are not an insider. At least that happens in ETrade.

I'm guessing on this but the funding, $5mil line of credit from Global, is no longer there. So insiders dumped their shares. Look at the volumes during that time frame.

Insiders dumped their shares and that caused the warning. Generally speaking that means that nothing will happen for the next 2 years.

I've been through this before, but stating that you have been delighted to have a Visa? I guess that's an accomplishment
