Yes, Shawn Leon is in the real estate business while charging Ethema Health to mismanage the treatment center business. This ticker is all about these insiders including the holders of the more than $5 million in preferred shares referred to by Shawn Leon as friendly debt and advisors. These people really needed that reg A offering and spent a bundle promoting heavily the first half of 2024 with the many podcasts and deploying the Mark Markowski show who is SaveChangeWorld. The reg A failed and so here we are with a reverse split pending after being filed four months ago and still no progress on raising new capital. This is a borrowing Ponzi scheme and they all fail eventually when new money can't be found.

Go to 11:20 into the July podcast where Shawn Leon starts talking about the use of proceeds from the regulation "A" offering who's shares would be exempt from registration and immediately free trading. We see $500K to support the operations at Boca and another $1 million to support the operations in Kentucky. The Markowski podcast on post# 50694 linked below is great entertainment. Shows how aggressive the promotion was. The manic Mark Markowski looks like a patient that was turned loose for ten minutes. Even the closing price for June was missing a zero in the opening frame of the video. Can't make this stuff up. must be seen to believe and Shawn Leon paid for this session.

At about 16:40 into the June 15th video Markowski makes a ridiculous statement I'm sure believing that traders are the dumbest people on the planet. 😆 He says "I want everyone to understand, this thing is going to the limit price, it can't get financed until it gets to the limit price, it can't raise any capital until it gets to the limit price,.... you will be able to sell it by the end of the summer up 100% increase". 🤣 AAAAAAAAAHHHH LISTEN TO ME PEOPLE!!!,,,,, BUY THE STOCK!!!!! 🤪🤪🤪🤪. ... you will be able to sell it by the end of the summer up 100% increase"!!! It will likely be up many thousands of a percent by the end of the summer with the split.
