This is so wild. So the Boca property is not owned by GRST and the Kentucky properties are not owned by GRST. There are zero assets under GRST other than some old vans and furniture.

By the way for as long as the company operates and reports, the bet presents reasonable odds whatever anyone says.
I (as all or at least most shareholders I assume) do not sell shares because I still believe that the ''potential gain'' is potentially much much larger the the ''potential loss'' of money I can afford without problem (0,0003 is not that far from my net cost of 0,001x, after years of trading initially (Oct 2020 to Sept 2021).
