Management Certification. All Companies, except for International Reporting Companies, must file a Management Certification through OTCIQ.com: a. Initially, prior to joining or requalifying for OTCID; and b. On an ongoing basis, concurrently with the Company’s annual report filing, but no later than forty-five (45) calendar days after the Company’s annual report due date
