I'd like Swirling's spin on Park's last PR...especially this bit--

JP3E, trading under the ticker SPZI, anticipates its name change through FINRA to JP 3E Holdings, Inc. to be effective with its new trading symbol in the coming days. Our new CUSIP number is 84915Q209. The company is also in the process of executing a 1-15 reverse split to better position JP3E to meet NASDAQ qualifications.

This was dropped on 3/20/25 ---47 days ago. How does he define "In the coming days?"

Park said "JP3E Holdings Inc establishes Datang International Trading Co. Ltd in South Korea" and says it "has" a "new CUSIP number."

Well SPOOZ doesn't have a new CUSIP and CHINA Datang doesn't even have such things as far as I can tell. They use something called ISIN RegS numbers. https://cbonds.com/bonds/996279/

Again, IMO Park created a company in Korea and gave it the name "DATANG" to make it appear his empty corporation is a subsidiary of state owned CHINA DATANG. He then fabricated a "slide show" about CHINA Datang and uploaded it to SPZI's OTC "research" tab. IMO he clearly did both in a desperate attempt to ignite a run on SPZI.

Does anyone believe a communist country would ever provide legit financials and transparency to an AMERICAN company? Hell, not only is Trump's tariff war killing trade with China we're on the verge of a HOT WAR over Taiwan!!
