I think we still have a good shot for late 2025/early 2026.

I’m just trying to plan ahead and go through the different scenarios.

They could also do the merger in 2027,2028, etc. The odds that they wait until the very end is not highly probable, but possible.

Lot of LNG companies went public before their operations were up and running.

They had some other revenues to keep themselves going, but a lot of that was consulting or gas market trading, not exporting LNG.

Cheniere went public in 1997 and didn’t export until 2016 after shifting their business model a few times.

Tellurian bought some income-producing gas assets and merged in 2017, but never exported.

Next Decade went public via merger in 2017 and won’t export until 2027.
