Sub contractors do NOT generally rise to be contractors who rise to be mega contractors?
Sub contractors can win over contractors and mega contractors by establishing themselves as a niche provider of excellence?  Not every company with publicly traded stock rises to any heights and stature and level of appreciation  beyond being a subcontractor?
