It's been years since there was any insider buying. There was some recent selling though. Sadly, I have also known large investment funds selling on insider info with no repercussions. We like to think there is a transaction taking place behind the scenes, but you can't assume this for years on end.
Arch, sadly and disturbingly so I am with Jour on this, its been years since any insider buys with substance. employees do get a 10% discount last I heard.
