Also when HOSENUSAGAIN was asked ""THE WILL YOU DO WITH THE MONEY? HMM WHAT MONEY)
His comment was, ""I will put it in long term high yield government bonds"" Again that mean there is money left, doesn't it
Also there is the comment "" I am sure that they would love to know what assets are left your honor, but all they need to know is they will be there for them to go after later"" WHAT ASSETS? Are those assets, THE "A" or "a" assets ?

Again it seems at least to me and some others here, that IT APPEARS there are still assets and money left, and it's pretty understandable why many feel this way and see something is left to come back.

SPECULATION as to just how much , YEPPERS

CONFIRMATION as to assets and money being left, at least the way I read it yes.

NOW THE BIG QUESTION is, will there be enough to flow down the water fall to end up getting equity wet or not ? I'm hopeful

How did WMI pay almost $1,000,000,000 in legal fees and pay A&M $500,000 per quarter for what was it 3 years?

JPM WAS ordered to pay book value for anything it took or cherry picked

JPM doesn’t recognize any residual liability from its WMB purchase 17 years ago, as is very clear from its audited accounts.

So if you think that JPM was ordered to pay something, why would you not discuss this with a lawyer?

Yep doesn’t add up and you are the one person on this board that is at least realistic in saying nothing may come back and not rehashing lengthy statistics.

And I do respect that many here are hopeful and continue to post the numbers and figures repeatedly, and I understand the desire to stay optimistic. However, we also have to acknowledge the reality that even if the money exists somewhere, it doesn’t guarantee we’ll see any of it. It’s possible the government has already used those funds elsewhere, and recovery may never happen. I don’t say this to discourage anyone, only to add a balanced perspective; hope is good, but so is recognizing the hard truths.
