From my contact at NGI who I have communicated with for much of the past 7 years.
He doesn't add much beyond what we already know but it is nice to hear from others on the outside.

I reached out to him late last week to see if he knew if it was about Delfin when the news from Black & Veatch broke.

I do not know. You could be right, but there are quite a few of these projects advancing globally right now. I have heard, and we already knew this, but Delfin definitely has what it needs to FID at least one of their vessels, so they're close and among the projects most likely to advance this year, according to folks I've talked to. Sorry I don't have more info to share.
