Well, you are definitely wrong. About both tariffs and April 2024. They had an article set for publishing in Vietnam 6/6/2024 that stated "expected listing on OTC Q2 of 2024". They wouldn't publish the article in June stating that are "expecting to list" if they ever planned on it being April. You have to remember, that April announcement was not a public one, and was not meant for anyone outside of the company employees, other insiders, and original investors. Furthermore, it's a violation of fiduciary duty to hold off on company development for arbitrary reasons. No company is going to fuck themselves over, their funders and backers over, or their employees over, all because of a bunch of bullshit that has nothing to do with them. No matter how much reaching for outlandish conclusions or explanations you try and make up in your imagination, none of the tariff stuff is relevant.
