And yet the pumpers are the lifeblood of the OTC. IMO the OTC is like a game of musical chairs with each player hoping that they aren't the one without a chair when the music stops. They take wins and losses largely against each other, with the occasional sap who doesn't know how the game is played who contributes funds that keep the gamblers interested.
