2026 hope I am wrong but I don't think this does anything this year. I want to be wrong and have hope it does something or we hear something.

You should look up all the steps to a Reverse Takeover, for that to list Nasdaq, for that to file a Form 211, to file an S-1, whether or not they have to be listed prior to filing Form 211, what does Nasdaq Rule 5110c say? etc etc. Then, go back and listen to the CEO tell you exactly where they are and what they are doing at that conference beginning of this year where he talks about a Form 211 and how the next thing they are focusing on is "the next steps to complete listing in the US" once audit is complete. How he said they have Q3 of 2024 audited and were working on Q4 of 2024. Look up how long audits typically take, how long prepping filings typically take, then submission etc etc Take all that and put it in order so you have all the steps lined out and time frame ranges associated with each step. Then factor in the fact they have been stating a Nasdaq 2025 target since at least 2022, maybe even as early as 2020. Do some actual DD and have your answers. The company gave the shareholders all the info needed to answer your questions...lol
