I'm merely providing information that SpeedTrader allows Americans to buy caveat emptor securities like ERHC Energy.
If anyone shares my short seller thesis then they can certainly act on it at SpeedTrader on their own accord and at their own risk.
But doubtful that a handful of people buying shares at SpeedTrader, given the costs and volume limitations, will trigger a premature short squeeze, so I'm not worried about that.
But thanks for brining it up... it allows me to mention it without promoting it.
