National Debt Not Tied to the World Reserve Currency, Problem Fixed IMO! AABB with Gold and Silver Backed Tokens on a Decentralized Exchange will give Security and Stabilization to Crypto Users and Attract Utilization! It's Regulations and Oversight that Needs Transparency, maybe like what you mention, a Trusted AI System with Human Checks and Balances without the Corruption/Manipulation Possibilities!
