You have no clinical evidence whatsoever that Radiogel is superior to competition. That would take a very costly double blind comparative study, hence why MK is such a moron to make such claims to FDA reviewers. He's inviting those reviewers to insist on such a study. The guy's incompetence when dealing with FDA knows no bounds.
You're also confused about how old this tech is. Radiogel was developed at Battelle well over two decades ago! All the original patents have long expired. MK's 2021 "improvements" launched in 2022 don't stop anyone from making an offset.
