Wrong, these aren't just improvements. There are fundamental differences between the expired battelle patents and what Vivos has in its I.P.

The old Battelle licenses cannot make Radiogel.

Vivos owns the Radiogel patents and they can't be infringed upon.

Never said RDGL's opportunity is dead. Just saying the big payout oppoortunity has long past and it's sad RDGL didn't even try to get to market decades ago when they had strong patent protections.

Shd they be first to market with injectable Y90 gel, RDGL can become a profitable company or be bought out for a modest price, given this is now a generic business space. If someone else beats them to market, RDGL's survival is questionable. They certainly ain't gonna make it on IsoPet.

Immediate issue they face is raising funds to set up operations in India. Hard to see acceptable clinic data coming out of India without local manufacturing. Of course they could go back to the original two pack version and have the Y90 portion toll manufactured in India. Would think that would be closer Y90 shelf life wise to the one pack product RDGL is seeking to trial in USA for FDA to accept the data out of India. But is MK smart enough to do that?
