No. Not a sweat shop fan. Just a realist and understanding the facts of the situation. Agree that with the right type of new modern plant there can be a lot of interest in new jobs, but in my business I am acutely aware of the huge shortage of skilled labor across all parts of the US. The numbers are staggering in terms of the available and open positions for which employers are posting and seeking both skilled and unskilled workers and just can seem to get them.
