Well it certainly is trading like it will continue to drop like a rock. If an RS was off the table, I would think shares would be getting accumulated. Thank you for the feedback.
The rule really isn't a rule at all. It's like saying that running a stop sign is illegal, but not if you do it before a cop gets there to see you do it.
