I don't know how many days it takes. I wish I had a better answer. It seems very amateurish to me since they were told in a previous filing that their name change was not valid in the first place. And it's taken them 6 months later to figure out how to submit a filing? It's probably another Wang Fei operation. Birds of a feather to flock together. Somehow, I feel like they know each other and their share a lot of similarities in their business model it seems.
I can only hope that they figure it out and understand stock promotion. Or, sell it again and find somebody that knows what they are doing.
Wish I could give a better answer. At least they are trying. They seem to be making a huge deal out of the fact that they figured out how to upload paperwork to the NVSOS.
