In the world of public markets a company can acquire another company or assets. That is an investment. Or they can sell a subsidiary or assets. That is a divestment.
You just continue to mislead people trying to suggest it was a divestment…which sounds like it was sold.
It wasn’t. They rescinded the deal. It was canceled.
And it wasn’t the only one was it….
Most of them met the same fate.
As I said, you can delude yourself with the mischaracterization. You want to mislead others? I will continue to call it out.
