I'm guessing you're referring to (a) and (b) in the section titled Conversion into Common Stock as there are an (a) and a (b) in the section titled Liquidation Preference, as well.

Plenty of people willing to believe the nonsense in the filings (even when they contradict previous filings).

Those people then could then eventually be convinced to buy more APRU shares from the treasury. Or to give APRU free stuff in "shares for services provided" transactions.

This would provide more cash for APRU to keep paying Tony every month.

Tony's hands are tied without control. Why he keeps filing is beyond me......unless.
