Ok wait. Fertilizer doesn't exist?  Or maybe- from what you wrote, the is no documentation to show that the fertilizer hmbl claims to own, is actually legally transacted?  I am sure that fertilizer does exist. I once bought some.

Exactly what I said. Lets not play word games. It isn't fun. The auditors need documentation to prove that assets are properly transferred. They said they didn't get the documentation... That is it.
