they are making silk now...kim stated he wanted 1.5 tons before going commercial...he is there now with this next batch or will be there in a few weeks.

No one knows how much silk KBLB has produced as Kim is still being vague with his quantities.

To say Kim is there now is just hopes and dreams. Kinda like a dollar a share by June of last year.

I REPEAT.... WRONG AGAIN!

YA II PN receives a 5% discount off the "Market Price" (which is defined as the lowest VWAP over the three-day Pricing Period). That ends up with a much higher discount of around 12%.

Here is a quote from one of KBLB's recent SEC filings:

"we have sold 2,613,333 shares under the SEPA.... which resulted in aggregate gross proceeds of $201,163"

If we do the math, that results in an average of 0.0769756476 per share.

The VWAP over the past 3 months is at 0.086238, over the past 1 month is 0.087099, and over the past week is 0.088385 (see here: https://ih.advfn.com/stock-market/USOTC/kraig-biocraft-laborator-qb-KBLB/historical).

That results in a 10.74% discount over the past 3 months, 11.62% over the past 1 month, and 12.91% over the past 1 week.

So in reality, they are getting a discount of around 12% (at a minimum).
