they can and often do sell the shares...but not always...in this case with kblb however, they are not buying shares "at a very deep discount"...they are getting a 5% discount which is the deal many of their much larger clients get...yorkville knows far more about what is going on at kblb than you or I...and i see no indication they have sold shares...
