After spending a good part of the weekend reviewing the viability, expense and risk of pursuing the cancellation of additional shares, $GVSI has decided not to pursue this endeavor and will press on with the FINRA corporate actions and asset acquisition.

$GVSI is reviewing the viability of asking the court to cancel another 600 million shares of common stock. It may be a reach but could be worth pursuing.

And in regards to the comment about GS' capabilities, this is what one shareholder said about it early 2024:
