There was no Form 4 when he offloaded the first 40K or so Pref B back in 2022. I can’t remember what that was for.

But this isn’t an issue of benefit of the doubt.

We see two conflicting things.

A Pref 14C filed in April 2025 listing him as an officer/director of HMBL…

…but no Form 4 for the change in ownership subsequent to his resignation.

If he is no longer an officer/director why is he listed as such on a SEC filing?
