I see Foote started conversions of the Pref B. Not a lot…but he has.

And as predicted, no Form 4 because he resigned as an officer and never kept his Board position as he said…

…or they just haven’t gotten around to updating OTC Markets profile.

As his common share count didn’t change he either sold them upon conversion or perhaps sold or gifted the Pref B themselves.

He would have to file a Form 4 for that…if he actually was an officer or director as the Pre14C states
