Visibility.  People are looking for fresh bargains or they already own enough AXXA that they are willing to let it ride for now.  Of course, with "fresh bargains" in the economic climate of doom and gloom, may the the ones that will be next to fall off into the abyss.  Only time will tell, but it's a rather big gamble.
