Transparency!! You are 1000% correct on that note. Im the biggest bull here on this stock and believe we would have closed above .0024 if Aitan would just say these few "Im working on news" . Thats all he needs to say or needed to say. Aitan doesn't understand OTC rallies arounds news and update....just one will go along way...im not leaving...I hope he reads our comments....he needs to provide some kind of news or update.
familyof5, something very important to answer your GCAN thoughts...
My mindset with GCAN is a little different than yours. I'm not here to trade GCAN. I've been here holding GCAN for years. I think what some are not getting is that a company doesn't always release or have key updates come in the form of a PR. I can show you plenty of stocks where investors are realizing this. Here's a key update. Before the Form 4 and Form 3 were filed with the SEC, we saw an increase in the GCAN Outstanding Shares (OS) on OTC Markets to show that 100,000,000 restricted shares were added as speculation was delivered to give an idea of what should happen next: https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=176029389
Please understand before reading any further. I have no idea what is coming into GCAN and the CEO can also change his mind at any time from what he might have initially had coming into GCAN from the PR a little while ago. Just know that my thoughts are not the gospel. When we don't have certain facts or all of the facts to go on, then we speculate to share thoughts with each other within these forums to try to figure things out.
These types of public vehicles like GCAN are the perfect candidate for huge mergers with huge companies coming into them to go to the NASDAQ or any other major exchange instead of taking the very expensive IPO route. It's clean with very little debt for a huge merger to come in and takeover the company. I think the transparency is fine from GCAN even though us shareholders will always be wanting for more. GCAN is a fully reporting SEC filing company. This means that GCAN files audited financials which is a prerequisite for being a strong merger candidate for something huge to come in here. This can be confirmed through its recently filed 10-K which is considered an update in my eyes: https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=18308838&guid=q3h-kao64zTsB3h
Here's another key update within the 10-K that was recently filed. There is a $4,660,345 Tax NOL Carry Forward that exist as a Tax Shelter to possibly go towards writing off taxes if the incoming company is profitable, of which I suspect it will be. This can be confirmed within the GCAN 10-K filed below:
https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=18308838&guid=q3h-kao64zTsB3h ... At December 31, 2024 the Company has available for federal income tax purposes a net operating loss carry forward that may be used to offset future taxable income. The Company has provided a valuation reserve against the full amount of the net operating loss benefit, since in the opinion of management based upon the earnings history of the Company; it is not more likely than not that the benefits will be realized. ...
This will help greatly with a company that is tremendously profitable. This makes the GCAN public entity much more valuable than most that are out there. We know that the GCAN CEO, Aitan Zacharin, has an awesome resume of achievements as I have posted within the link below which shows that he is very capable of finding the right merger to take advantage of this: https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=176088776
He did indicate that he has some candidates to merge into GCAN and his comments suggested that he is very conscience about bringing increased shareholder value. Of course I want more updates to be released on what's coming in here in hopes that it is going to be big. However, if things are not ready to a point to be released, then I'm fine with continuing to exercise patience based on what we know so far from the updates provided. I truly trust that GCAN CEO, Aitan Zacharin, is going to do right by us GCAN shareholders since he is likely the largest shareholder since recently acquiring 100 Million shares. I'm sure he is not going to screw himself over.
Although we don't know exactly what is coming into GCAN, the company released a PR back in Jan 2025 that they had some potential merger candidates within the business fields of Quantum Computing and AI that were being considered. Keep in mind, the recent Form 4 filing of 100 Million shares acquired by the GCAN CEO is what strongly suggests that the major merger happening is very close: https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=175610225
