And... Just because a company is SEC reporting, that in no way means it's all complete, accurate or the truth. There have been many scams that were "SEC reporting". That just adds a bit more in credibility because the year end is audited. But as we all know that does not mean the auditor got it right and many times they don't and sometimes they're an accomplice to the scam. It was also BF Borgers guys that was in on the Treaty Energy oil scam.
