I don't think a phone call is necessary. Either Melvin or his lawyer should be well aware of what the issue(s) is(are) regarding OTCMarkets' decision not to upgrade VMST to Pink Current.
I was only guessing that it might be the Management Certificate that needs to be filed. But I am NOT Melvin's lawyer and therefore I should not be advising him on what he should do. At least that is my opinion.
I am not worried about the Pink Current issue. I believe Melvin will file the required documentation and that VMST will be upgraded to either Pink Current before July 1 or to OTCID on July 1, 2025.
