Thanks for the info. So are you saying that those tax issues were the cause of them not being upgraded to pink current? I haven't run into that specific problem before as disqualifying for the Pink Current tier.
So are they still not in compliance for not disclosing all current information for Q2 and Q3? Seems like they disclosed all relevant info in the statements you quoted. No??
