Janice Does Black Rock or State Street or Vanguard still own a percentage of this float or have they bailed. doesn't make any sense to me other than they shorted their stock to allow the little people to buy in for nothing and I have never understood the reverse split because at no time has it ever worked for all most every company on the OTC or any other exchange.
