It's not fraud if it's true, and even though you have been making claims and searching for proof that short sellers of erhe exist for many, many years, you have been unable to find any. The fact is that creating and spreading thousands of bullish baseless claims, false rumors and outright lies about a company in which you are the largest shareholder is a much better fit for the definition of fraud. And it is all documented in IHUB history unlike your assertions about erhe short sellers which is documented only in the desperate, demented, greed and hubris driven imagination of guerguerian dickran. Add to that a $100/clip insider info scam, unfounded stories about dividends and erhc forensic share count, and fraud seems to fit someone to a T.

Fortunately for unsuspecting investors, your predictions are so illogical, asinine and easily debunked that no one has been fooled into buying erhe with expectations of it going to dollars/share for a long, long time. So just for laughs, why not layer on another helping of the July to the moon claims?

Investor Fraud and the Denial of Short Selling

First I don't know that the above would even hold water....especially in a case where it seems we could have awol management fraud. Maybe you missed that everyone you have accused of shorting ERHE has denied that that have a single share short. If that is considered investor fraud it would have been so much easier and safer to have never claimed to be short free. I know that to you (and your 70 followers) that does not compute. But everyone else sees that the idea of holding a short position at these sp levels and also committing investor fraud would not be rational. So keep playing your short squeeze game. And we all know what you have to lose if the truth comes out. That's why do did not want anyone to pursue the answer from Shell about the confidential agreement.

It's sad to see what contortions one will put themselves thru when they are STUCK and can't unload hundreds of millions of shares.
