i just read great dd article on GCAC/AREC ‘ReElement’ technology.
i had no idea…..i thought they were gonna mine coal…..lol…which would be fine…..but what they do, is they are the only ones in world(?!) who can go through all those endless billions of tons of spent coal mountains of mounds built up over the centuries.…that have always been worthless…but there chromatographic technology can pick out Rare Earth elements from them(!).
Aint dis a big big deal? Our country produces almost NO rare earths, China produces like 75% of them….they are strategic and extremely important minerals that are used in everything modern day military, phones, computers, batteries, high tech etc…
Hello OTC….what am i missing here? This isnt a $2 or $20 Naz stock..this is a subpenny stock with a great lower SS under 709 mil OS and only 469 mil DTC Float….so this is what finding a true gem at the bottom of stock market is all about to me…..but yes CGRA needs to get current and yes this deal w AREC ie swapping out stock/merge has to happen…but on X the past few days said they are almost there.
Then if done, AREC will still own 9% of CGRA and 19% of ReElement Technologies….anyways its all in this article.
CGRA gets a big ‘speculative BUY’ for myself…@.0033…...because of the above and below ….trades so thin its hard to get big position but i guess then we done have to worry about all these dudes w 10 mil or more shares….if things go right and deal w both companies finalized….well under Trump w America energy first, China tariffs and they retaliate by restricing their rare earths ….perfect timing for a crazy possible coal ride on the tracks hold on w iron grip like Donkey Kong mines, lol and ride to .033 and beyond if all goes right…:
