I thought lawyers were only doing what they have been TOLD to do???? So, Pulti must have instructed them to file the appeal? RIGHT?

The appeal is to buy time. When SPS is deemed being paid off, the net worth sweep is moot. But FHFA needs time to work out the deal with Treasury for FnF’ conditions to exit conservatorship. 💤
