Frost and Fernandez investing money was clearly to gain control so they could fraudulently deceive shareholders with the theory that they cared about shareholder value. They don't. Well, let me clarify. When I say "shareholder value", I'm excluding Frost, Fernandez, the rest of the board, directors, and anyone else defending the company at this point.
Pretending like they care about anything other than getting an even bigger ownership percentage for cheap is baffling at this point.
