What Elite has done in the past to manage excess capacity is to expand shifts. We incur a little OT, but less than incremental FTE. Labor COGS increases putting a little pressure on margins. If we need similar capacity for Lisdex, I'm all for it. Can't wait to see margin tailwind.

With business picking up, I wouldn't expect the new positions to be for a short time ..............
