It is simple elliot wave theory. Wave 1 went from 0008 to 0024, wave 2 retraces 50% so that is 0016, wave 3 is double wave 1 which would be (.0016x2 )or 0032.
Wave 3 should put this around .005. Time will tell. JMHO
