I'm reading the Moore filing, will get some "analysis" up later - and yeah, ole DIRTY JACOB was ORDERED to respond with a proper reply to the complaint and he files a bullshit loaded ....delay...delay....delay...and hey....MOVE US TO FL....blah blah....wasting the court's time and ignoring the judges order to get off their ass and give a proper answer..

So...on the PACER...when it says, "Sign up for the non pro user $49 " blah blah plan....you basically put a card on-file and IF you stay under the 300 pages etc...you get those free each month ? Just so I know I'm picking the correct plan and doing it correctly ?

If one can get 300 pages etc for no-pay, heck I'll go for it too, other than maybe a few $bucks now and then for a audio special file or whatever, great deal.

It's great to be able to read these filings - helps crack these hustlers that much more :)
