"no matter how you slice it there will be an RS"

Do you think he went back in time like in the movie Back to the Future and found an old copy of the Wall Street journal? Personally, I would rather have taken the copy of Gray's Sports Almanac!

It's not like Deflin is stuck between a rock and a hard place, Delfin will do what is in the best interest of Delfin, not some legacy shareholders or OTC traders. As I said, guaranteed there will be a reverse split, either before the merger or two months after, I am raising my bet to 2000 shares of TGLO that undoubtedly the reverse split will happen, if I am wrong I will transfer the shares to your account provided that you have E Trade or Schwab and you will do the same if you are wrong. It's experience and with experience comes common sense. Even with some of the oldest bulls on this board, in their heart and mind they know the reverse split will happen. I definitely can't tell the future like that other OG described to you, but I sniff them, like Trump remark (quote is down below). Life is beautiful, there is no reason to argue back and forth, in the end either you will be right or I will be, all we have to do is wait for the merger to happen and see how things unfold. No one can claim to know everything, everyone has an opinion, some make sense, some don't, at the end of the day Delfin will do what is in the best interest of Delfin, not you, not me, not anyone on this board.

I wouldn't think a reverse split is needed either. I think they just need to announce merger, and share price will dramatically adjust upward. They still have approx 58.5M authorized shares they can print, plus the preferred. And, they could sell X amount of their majority 70.9% position, and still retain control. And, there is always debt usage, which is cheaper than equity. We'll see.
