Keeping guns out of the wrong hands is what I've always said. I have always supported the right to own, and carry (concealed or not). The only reason not to would be mental instability, court order, felony conviction, etc., just what we have now. I kind of have a problem with ALL felons not being allowed to vote, or own guns, though. Some felons are convicted of violent crimes, most are not. To keep a person from voting, or owning a gun for the rest of their lives because they were convicted of stock fraud is ridiculous. The point about the 2nd amendment revision is that if carrying an unregistered gun was a federal bust, it MIGHT make some of these clowns think twice.
