These Judges are clueless and there is nobody there to speak for the victims of these frauds. The SEC needs to step it up with enforcement. These "fairness hearings" are only fair to the crooks. I don't understand how there can be so many dummies that buy garbage like Innerscope, especially in circumstances like this.

It's DIRTY JAKE all over again - they "shop" FL, as that's where this crap is a slam dunk.

FL, the new (3)(a)(10) hustle capital and penny con scam HQ USA.....pretty sad...."someone" somehow figured out their courts there could be "had" and all these shit cases land there now. I'm not really aware of this legal "fairness hearing so gives me a (3)(a)(10) hustle approval" blah blah really occurring much elsewhere ?

Td, there's also a mod spot open over at clown world HUMBL. Not sure if you want to try - but it would be great to get someone on it before the "new" scam account tries to fill it, which they are hinting is part of why they set that account up.
