I do not tell people what they should or should not buy or sell. I simply share thoughts as to why I believe or why I am pro with with a stock. Or at the very least, I share if I am simply pro for still taking the risk in a stock. It doesn't mean that I truly know or know much of anything. What I share is my business at my discretion for what I truly know. I have done enough DD here with SPZI and I have decided to continue to take the risk. Everyone needs to do their own DD and make such decision for themselves. I would argue that my disclaimer is as strong if not stronger than yours. In fact, until recently, it began with "Consider me an idiot" because I didn't want anyone to buy, sell or hold based on anything I post.
You admitting that you are wrong is a lie. I have proven you wrong before here and on some other forums and you didn't admit that you were wrong. You just changed the topic and went on to bashing something else.Remember when you and your bashing buddies were bashing the situation about the GACC Certificate being expired and how they were not going to get the updated new 18 digit code? Y'all were 100% wrong and here's the proof because the company delivered the correct GACC Certificate within the expired time frame as I had tried to explain how they were still in compliance:

I've repeatedly ended many posts by saying "feel free to prove me wrong." Rarely has anyone done so. Even when I make a minor error such as I did on 3/27/25 (Post# 96160) I quickly replied " DOH..my bad..." Anytime I've been proven wrong I've gone back and checked my research. I have no problem admitting and retracting any erroneous statements.
As far as you accusing me of "lying" about Park's GAAC certificate, let me set the record straight. Notices of the requirement to update their certificates announced on 8/13/2024 with a deadline of compliance being in September 5th. The facts are clear. Park disregarded this mandate and let his certificate become "inactive." I discovered this BEFORE it happened and kept an eye on it. A week after the deadline passed I began to hold his stinky feet to the fire about: https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=175080424 I did so because he was continuing to use his old "INACTIVE" GACC certificate as proof of his ability to ship commodities to China. It wasn't until NOVEMBER 6, 2024 --TWO MONTHS AFTER THE DEADLINE-- that he finally paid the $490 fee and got compliant (see post# 93203, 93209, 93904 & 93889). Yet during that time he continued to boast he's a "leader in global shipping" and announced the following--
9/17/24-- "The first monthly shipment of 500 metric tons (x $2,528 MT) already en route, scheduled to arrive early next week."
9/30/24-- "Second Aluminum Shipment with Bloxcross Trade Finance Platform, 1500 MT Shipped to Date""
10/1/24-- "SPZI: JP3E announces First Shipment of Chicken Paws to China..loaded and departed in September 2024"
10/22/24-"The shipment consists of 50,000 metric tons of coal sourced from Indonesia. "
10/29/24-"SPZI: JP3E Holdings, Inc. Prepares for First (monthly) Gold Shipment"
All supposedly shipped with an invalid GACC certificate? And virtually ALL >>PROVEN BOGUS ACCORDING TO "AMENDED/ SCRUBBED Q3" AND FY2024 ANNUAL REPORTS!!!

None of you came back to admit that y'all were wrong after falsely spooking some people. As you can see I was NOT wrong during the time his certificate was revoked and eventually reinstated two months later! Again, he made multiple PR's during that time boasting shipments despite his GACC certificate being ''inactive.'' At some point someone posted that Park finally got the certificate in compliance. I verified it and moved on. But that in no way proves I and others were "lying" for those two months!!!! If anything we did investors a favor by pressing the issue. Go back and read how you and your buddies tried twist the situation as if the company was not on top of the situation. IF he were "on top of things" he wouldn't wait till 2 months AFTER the deadline to get compliant.My DD had proven to me that they were on top of things. The company simply followed through on that matter and the updated certificate was posted. You did not admit defeat, but instead just quietly moved on to bash something else and changed the topic. None of you admitted to be wrong, not that I cared anyway. There was no "defeat" or "wrong" to be "admitted to" during those months of non compliance. Instead Park was claiming he was shipping despite having an "inactive" certificate. The issue was dropped once it was proven he finally did his job and got compliant. Still, I didn't come back to throw it in your face like I could have. Heck, I just moved on and left you guys alone as I'm about to do again right now. I've got several other issues with you I'm happy to debate if you're game
