Bottom line: The HUMBL you are referring to will no longer existing as an independent operating entity. WSCG’s acquisition means it has been absorbed into their structure, regardless of whether a legal shell still remains in Delaware for administrative purposes. It would have done already, but there was an extension filed to 120 days from close, it’s just a matter of time. Enjoy considering yourself not completely wrong until then.
